One Stop @ SAC

With effect from 2024, the hardcopies of your original degree certificate and official transcript will be retained for a period of five years from your graduation date. Any uncollected graduation document(s) will be securely disposed of after the retention period. If you graduated from 1995 to 2017 and have not collected your graduation documents, a one-time exercise has been arranged as shown below.

If you are unable to collect the graduation document(s) personally, you may either authorise a proxy to collect them on your behalf, or opt for mailing by completing and submitting the mailing request form: 

Please ensure any outstanding fees are cleared before collection of your graduation documents. For enquiries on outstanding fees, you may contact the NSS Finance Office at [email protected] (for Undergraduate Programmes) or [email protected] (for Postgraduate Programmes).

Should you miss the stipulated collection period, you may request for a replacement copy of the degree certificate, which will be printed using the prevailing NTU certificate format with the current NTU signatories and will contain the statement 'Replacement Copy' on the reverse page of the certificate. The degree certificate and official transcript are issued to graduates after their degrees have been conferred. For graduates who are unable to attend Convocation, the documents will be available for collection at One Stop @ SAC two weeks after the degree conferment date or within three working days after the end of Convocation respectively. They will be notified via their NTU email account.

Digital degree certificate and official transcript that can be verified on OpenCerts will be issued to graduates who graduated from Year 2020 onwards via their NTU email account.
