HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD

  1. Change Network Account password From a browser, access Network Account Password Changer. Click on the relevant link and follow the instructions given.
    • Password is case-sensitive
    • The new password must be minimally 12 characters.
    • The account will be locked after 6 wrong entries
    • You can perform a self-reset on your password via the Self Service Password reset portal if you forgot your password.

 

HOW TO SELF-RESET NETWORK ACCOUNT PASSWORD 

  1. You can perform the self-reset through the Self Service Password Reset portal

  2. It is recommended to change this new password as soon as possible.

 

Self-Service Password Reset Portal Temporarily Unavailable

Please be advised that the self-service password reset portal will be unavailable from 6 PM on 18 October 2024, until the end of October 2024.

To request a network account password reset during this time, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Service Desk form.
  • Have your STAFF/STUDENT pass ready for remote verification by an IT staff. Verification hours are 9 AM to 5 PM daily.

Alternatively, you can visit the Tech Lounge located within the One Stop @ SAC during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed on public holidays)
