Mandatory Verification of Academic Documents for ALL Students
Verification is a mandatory and essential process for becoming an enrolled NTU student. Extensions are not allowed for uploading documents required to complete the e-verification process. To ensure a smooth start to orientation, we encourage you to submit your documents early.
Direct Offer
A Direct offer is extended to the applicant upon successful completion of their degree program, with the submission of the official degree certificate and transcript provided earlier during the application process.
International Student with International Qualification
- Digital copy of Student Pass (Full-time students) / Valid immigration pass (For Part-time students only)
- Degree verification report (English) from NTU approved credential verification agency no later than one month prior to the start of your term.
- Latest Passport (If not yet submitted)
International Student with Local (Singapore) Qualification
- Digital copy of Student Pass (Full-time students) / Valid immigration pass (For Part-time students only)
- Degree verification screen capture from respective local university online degree verification portal
- Latest Passport (If not yet submitted)
Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident with International Qualification
- Degree verification report (English) from NTU approved credential verification agency
Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident with Local (Singapore) Qualification

Conditional Offer
A conditional offer is extended to an applicant who is in the process of completing the final term, semester, or trimester of their current course of study, and has outstanding educational documents. This condition will be clearly outlined in the offer letter, stating: 'The offer of admission is on condition that you obtain your Bachelor's degree with a ________ from ___________ , ___________ "

Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident with International Qualification

Document Upload
Please ensure that your documents conform to the following requirements:
- File size must not be more than 2MB.
- File name must be in English characters
- Upload of documents will still be available after you have completed online verification
Important Notes
- Official bachelor’s degree certificate and final transcript – If not in English, please provide both the original and an English translation when uploading.
- For applicants who have pursued a joint programme between 2 universities, Degree verification reports for both universities are required.
Billing for Tuition Fee
The bill for tuition fees and miscellaneous fees will be sent to the student by the NTU Shared Services (NSS-Finance) approximate 2 weeks after you have registered formally with the University.
Scholarships Funded by NTU
Please ensure that you have updated your Singapore bank details via GSLink. In addition, international students need to be in Singapore for allowances/stipends disbursement. Kindly notify your respective school when you have reached Singapore.
