Product/Proposal The team presented a strategy during the finale to revitalise The Warehouse Group’s presence in the New Zealand market by drawing customers back into its stores. The proposal featured three key components: a unique equity structure involving privatisation, the integration of food offerings within The Warehouse, and a dedicated space for children to engage with its products. These initiatives aim to boost foot traffic and extend in-store engagement, ultimately driving an increase in the basket size.

Description : The team was praised for its rigorous analysis, innovative yet practical recommendations, and strong financials. By securing both the competition victory and the People's Choice Award, they proved themselves to be the undisputed champion. This historic victory marks NTU's first-ever championship in this international competition, and we are proud to see two REP students at the forefront of this achievement.
