Product/Proposal : The team presented their strategy with payroll card providers during the Grand Finals to migrate Intermex Online's retail consumers to its digital platforms. The strategy was driven by a unique approach to target employers and featured three key components: roll-out of new in-app features, reallocation of retail sales team to implement training modules, and provision of new loyalty point redemption opportunities for existing retail agents.
