Collection of uncollected graduation documents

With effect from 2024, the hardcopies of your original degree certificate and official transcript will be retained for a period of five years from your graduation date. Any uncollected graduation document(s) will be securely disposed of after the retention period.

Please refer to the Replacement of Degree Certificate webpage should you require a replacement copy of the degree certificate after the retention period. The replacement copy will be printed using the prevailing NTU certificate format with the current NTU signatories and will contain the statement 'Replacement Copy' on the reverse page of the certificate. Charges will apply for the replacement copy. If you have any enquiries, regarding the application for a replacement copy, please email Office of Academic Services at gradcert@ntu.edu.sg.

Replacement of degree certificate that is lost or damaged

Mailing of degree certificates (for fresh graduates)
The degree certificate and official transcript are issued to graduates after their degrees have been conferred. For graduates who are unable to attend Convocation, the documents will be available for collection at One Stop @ SAC two weeks after the degree conferment date or within three working days after the end of Convocation respectively. They will be notified via their NTU email account.

Opencerts Digital Certificates & Transcripts
Digital degree certificate and official transcript that can be verified on OpenCerts will be issued to graduates who graduated from Year 2014 onwards via their NTU email account.

Certified true copy of degree certificate

    To certify true copy, bring the photocopies together with the original certificate to One Stop @ SAC to have them certified as true copies. Address and contact details of One Stop @ SAC can be found here.
