NEST is designed to provide aspiring individuals with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to develop new ideas and/or iterate existing solutions and translate them into successful businesses.

Join the two-day workshop with hands-on activities, group collaborations, and real-world case studies, one-on-one coaching sessions with seasoned entrepreneurs, and a chance to apply for the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) fund of up to S$10,000.

Design Sprint Workshop

The design sprint is a step-by-step process that has been used by Google and many other successful companies to tackle challenges and validate ideas quickly.

You will be able to gain practical experience to do problem-solving and to drive innovation, including:

  • Framing and defining of problem statement
  • Designing and gathering customer insights
  • Rapid idea generation
  • Rapid prototyping and testing big ideas
  • Getting early validation through customer feedback 

Customer Discovery Bootcamp

By the end of the Bootcamp, you will have an understanding of: 

  • The 101's of starting a business - how do you get a business started and grow it?
  • How do you determine who are your users and customers?
  • How do you know you have enough market segment to generate a sustainable profit?
  • How to build the right product for your customers - are you solving their "pains"?
  • What's next for my start-up - growth or upsell to existing users?
