Introduction
The Chartered Valuer and Appraiser programme, a programme jointly developed by Institute of Valuers & Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is the first and only programme in Asia that provides a structured development pathway aimed at raising the standards of ethics and professionalism among professionals who are involved in transactions, litigation and arbitration, and financial reporting.
You will develop competencies in valuation concepts, principles, applications as well as the approaches and methodologies for conducting professional valuation.
