About the speaker
Dr Koh Cheng Boon is a Senior Lecturer and the Programme Director for International MBA at Nanyang Business School. He is also the Deputy Director for the Asian Business Case Centre in NTU.

He consults extensively on assessment centres for various organisations including SMRT, NCSS, MOE, NEA and so on. He also provides consultancy services on Personnel and Talent Selection, Organisational Development, Training Performance Measurement and Analysis.
