CDOIQ Asia-Pacific Symposium

The Chief Data Officer & Information Quality Asia-Pacific Symposium (CDOIQ) was previously held on MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA for the past 17 years. The symposium aims to advance knowledge in data leadership, and creating a better understanding into how firms can ensure quality in the data they collect, manage, and protect, and ensure quality in the use of the data and algorithms and programs developed which in turn will help Chief Data Officers (CDO) create impactful value for business through trustworthy data.

Since 2023, CDOIQ has been held in Asia in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School (NBS) in Singapore. The symposium brings APAC data leaders in industries, government, and academia by facilitating thought-provoking conversations and exchange innovative ideas, best practices and to promote the adoption of the CDO role.

 

Year 2024

Held in May 2024 at the NBS’s Gaia Auditorium, the Symposium recorded 223 registrants from 10 countries and 17 industries. The registrants comprised 36% C-Suite level participants, ranging from Chief Data Officers to Chief Analytics Officers and Heads of Data & Analytics.
