NTU Singapore has launched a new Executive Master of Science in Sustainability Management programme to equip executives and professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to respond to sustainability challenges and implement sustainable practices in organisations as Singapore transitions to a green economy.

Offered by NTU’s Nanyang Business School (NBS) from August 2024, the specialised graduate business degree programme will cover a wide range of topics at the intersection of business and the environment, such as climate change and sustainable finance.

The programme was launched today at the Indo-Pacific Business Summit organised by the Embassy of Sweden, Singapore and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Singapore.

At the event, NTU NBS also signed a Letter of Intent with the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) to develop exchange and research activities, including exploring opportunities for SSE to contribute to the delivery of academic activities for the new Executive Master of Science programme.

The new programme aims to develop a pipeline of sustainability talents and leaders who can steer business operations towards sustainability. This is in line with the Singapore Green Plan 2030, which encourages businesses to integrate sustainability into business decisions, find more sustainable ways to operate, and embrace green opportunities.
