Research Information
The following materials are given to participants over the course of the training programme for training and research purposes. All the research components are to be completed individually.

| 1 | Baseline survey | After you consent to participate in the study, you will be given a baseline survey. It will take about 20 minutes to complete. |
| 2 | Interview 1 | So that the research team can gain an understanding of your organisation and your potential ideas, you will need to have an initial interview. It will take about 45 minutes to complete. |
| 3 | Weekly Diary Surveys | You will need to complete a short diary survey each week over a three-month period. It will take about 20 minutes to complete each survey. |
| 4 | Interview 2 | You will need to attend a second interview. It will take about 45 minutes to complete. |
| 5 | Follow-up Survey | You will need to complete a follow-up survey, three months after completing the weekly diary surveys. It will take about 15 minutes to complete. |
| 6 | Daily Feedback | At the end of each training day, you will be asked for your feedback. It will take a few minutes to complete. |
| 7 | Optional Tasks | If you would like to, please connect with us on LinkedIn. However, this is entirely OPTIONAL. |
As an added incentive, if you attend all the classes, sit two interviews, and complete all the questionnaires, you will be given S$100 (or 300MYR, if you are from Malaysia). Otherwise, the money you receive will vary.
