Highlights of Blockchain Events at CCTF & Blockchain@NTU

The Centre in Computational Technologies for Finance (CCTF) and Blockchain@NTU have demonstrated their steadfast commitment to blockchain technology education and research by co-organizing several significant events throughout this spring.

March started with the launch of the AlgoFoundry Initiative on the 9th. This program was introduced to the NTU community and beyond, aiming to highlight the transformative potential of blockchain technology.

April commenced with the BlockBash Hackathon on the 6th, an event centered around the Algorand blockchain. This platform allowed participants to present their innovative Algorand blockchain prototypes, showcasing the vibrant and creative ecosystem that CCTF and Blockchain@NTU aim to cultivate in Singapore and beyond.

On the 14th of April, in collaboration with Coinbase, Blockchain@NTU hosted the BaseTalk lecture. This event delved into Layer-2 solutions and the future of the blockchain ecosystem, reflecting CCTF's ongoing mission to advance global blockchain research and education.
