About Engineering Software Lab

ES (Engineering Software) Lab consists of EST Lab 1 & 2 and the ESP (Engineering Software Project) Lab.

EST Lab 1 & 2 have been structured to support teaching and student learning with over 140 workstations to allow students to learn engineering software, scanning, complete course assignments and projects.

The ESP Lab is configured to support FYP & research projects with 40 workstations able to run analysis software for an extended period of time.

Engineering Software Teaching Lab 1 (EST Lab 1)

  • 70 workstations for student learning, completing course assignments and projects

Engineering Software Teaching Lab 2 (EST Lab 2)

  • 70 workstations for student learning, completing course assignments and projects

Engineering Software Project Lab (ESP Lab)

  • 40 workstations for research and FYP students to run analysis software

(Door will be locked on Eve of all Public Holidays after office hours.)
** Requires approval for room access and after-office hour use. **
** Users are not allowed to stay beyond 10:00 pm. (Mon-Thurs) **
** Eve of major holidays (New Year/CNY/Christmas) will operate from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm **
