Our Mission

To Lead in the Knowledge, Assessments, and Programs (KAP) in growing culturally intelligent leaders and organizations.

About Us

Our Scientific Ethos

Our work at the CLCI is deeply rooted in a scientific-practitioner model of scholarship.

The model highlights the symbiotic cycle between science and practice, translating research findings into evidence-based practice for impactful decision-making and pushing the frontiers of research through insights from practice.

As scientists, we primarily address the what and why of phenomena. As practitioners, we focus on the how of solving contextualized problems.
