Eighteen undergraduate students took part in the ICPC Asia-Manila Regional Contest during 14-15 December, 2022. They were in 6 teams, competing with 22 other top teams from Thailand and the Philippines. Two of our 6 teams won the First place and the Second place respectively. Our other teams are placed 6th, 11th, 12th and 18th.

The International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious programming contest in the world. Each year more than 50,000 students from 3,000 universities in 111 countries start at national level competitions. The top teams from national contests advance to regional contests. The best among them get invited to the World Final.

The contestants train and practice hard to widen and deepen their problem-solving and coding skills. The three contestants in a team also learn how to communicate best with teammates and support each other, to perform under pressure.
