CRADLE's New Publication Release in Emerald Insight

The CRADLE research team has published the latest research on the impact of work-study programs in engineering fields in the Journal of Workplace Learning. The article provides a detailed analysis of how these programs support young adults transitioning from tertiary education to the workforce. Through interviews with alumni, we uncovered that workplaces play a critical role in developing trainees' skills by balancing routine and novel work assignments. These experiences not only foster adaptive capacities but also help trainees integrate into the engineering community, ultimately preparing them for advanced roles in the logistics and electronics sectors.
