CRADLE sharing: Preparing PSEI Learners For Changing Working Lives

On May 31, 2024 at ITE Central, Dr Chue Shien & Ms Cheryl Ong shared research insights from a WDARF-funded project on internship learning and work-study programmes. A practical educational framework “PREP” for enhancing learner engagement during work placement sparked extensive discussion among participants about unique challenges and opportunities within these educational programs. The enthusiastic participation and sharing created a supportive learning atmosphere for knowledge exchange and sharing of practical approaches to prepare learners to become adaptive at the workplace.
