DTC Executive Director’s Visit to Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) in the Netherlands

On 8 June 2023, the Executive Director of DTC, Professor Lam Kwok Yan, visited CWI – a leading research centre in the field of mathematics and theoretical computer science in the Netherlands. During the visit, Prof Lam met with researchers, policymakers and business executives from several Dutch research institutes, government agencies and companies. In the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen ties and deepen research collaboration in digital trust between DTC and the Netherlands’ TrustTech community. While there, Prof Lam also exchanged mementos with Professor Ronald Cramer, the head and founder of the cryptology research group at CWI.
