Customising a GenAI Chatbot

Please take note of the following:

1. Policy: Refer to the latest NTU Acceptable IT Usage Policy found on the NTU Policy Portal (NTU Staff only) to ensure adherence of use when customising GenAI chatbots.
2. Sensitive Information: Do not input any sensitive, personal, or confidential information into the chatbot creation tools as the chatbot and associated systems may not be designed to securely handle sensitive data.
3. Copyrighted Content: Ensure that any text, images, or other content use to create the chatbot does not infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
