Loss of Student's Pass

SM Scholars who have lost their valid Student’s Pass (STP) card or whose valid STP cards are damaged or defaced are required to apply for a replacement pass in person at the ICA within 7 days from the date of loss.

The documents you will require:
-   Letter of certification*
-   Police report
-   Passport with at least 6 months of validity period
-   Recent passport sized photograph
-   Credit/debit card for the replacement fee

You will have to obtain a Letter of Certification from the Office of Admissions, NTU. Email [email protected] to request for a Letter of Certification to cover the duration of your SM Bridging Course. Your email should include:
-   Full name
-   Bridging number
-   Bridging cohort
-   Reason you are requesting for a Letter of Certification
