Asst Prof Appointed NRF Fellow
Assistant Professor Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo has been appointed as a National Research Foundation (NRF) Fellow Class of 2024.

Asst Prof Mohammad Samizadeh, who joined EEE in October 2023, received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Sharif University
of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2015 and 2017 respectively, where he developed a concrete theory describing electrical solitons in nonlinear transmission lines. He completed his PhD in electrical engineering at École Polytechnique
Fédérale de Lausanne, EPFL in 2022, where he focused on high-speed electronics based on GaN and VO2, as well as innovative integrated devices based on plasma science.
Before joining NTUEEE, he was a postdoctoral researcher
at the Integrated Systems Laboratory at ETH Zürich, where he worked on new types of devices on CMOS platforms.
