Scientists have said a "significant geothermal site" near the Sembawang hot springs could be a consistent source of clean energy -- good enough to power district cooling systems, for example. The team behind the study is from NTU and TUMCREATE, the Technical University of Munich's multidisciplinary research platform in Singapore.
