3MT 2020 NTUGSA Wins Nanyang Award for Teamwork

The Academic Events Committee of NTU Graduate Student Association (NTUGSA) won the Nanyang Award for Teamwork at the first virtual Nanyang Awards 2020 held on 16 Dec 2020.

 

This award gives the highest recognition to teams whose outstanding teamwork in a major university project / event brought success and honour to the University.

 

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is a multi-national event which cultivates postgraduate students’ academic presentation and research communication skills which is in coherence with NTU’s vision of enabling a transformative and enriching student experience.

 

3MT 2020 was successfully organised by the Academic Events Committee of NTUGSA. Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the event culminated with our NTU representative winning the 3MT 2020 Asia Pacific title.
