Towards Robust Machine Learning for Intelligent Transportation Systems

The colloquium on 16 August 2019 was jointly organised by IAS, the Graduate Students' Club of EEE and IEEE Young Professionals.

Prof Justin Dauwels highlighted the weakness of deep learning systems, and discussed how machine learning can be made substantially more robust and intelligent in mission-critical applications such as object detection imaging and adversarial attacks in transport systems.
