# Please take down your posters by 1900 on 3 Feb 2023 after the symposium. Otherwise, they will be discarded by the organisers without prior notice.

 

Poster Format

All posters have to be printed in A1 or A0 size.

 

Before Presentation

  • A serial number will be assigned for each accepted poster and notified to corresponding authors prior to the symposium.
  • All presenters are to set up their posters on the board assigned. Each board will be indicated with the poster's serial number.
  • Limited pieces of Velcro tapes will be provided for presenters upon request.

 

During Presentation

Presenters are to arrive at least 10 minutes before poster sessions to prepare for their presentations.
