ASEAN Earthquake Model (AEM) Regional Scoping Workshop

The ASEAN Earthquake Model (AEM) Regional Scoping Workshop was organized during 18-19 November 2011 at the Institute of Catastrophe Risk Management, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore.

The Workshop was attended by representatives of the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM), seismic and geophysical agencies such as Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG), Philippines Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) and Malaysian Meteorological Department (MMD), academics and research institutions as well as ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre) and Australia-Indonesia Facility for Disaster Reduction (AIFDR).
