Offering a flexible, industry-relevant continuing education pathway for business leaders, the iLEAD SMEs Growth Programme (iSGP) provides you with the knowledge to future-proof your business and the skills to lead the next wave of transformational growth.

This programme consists of five classroom-based modules, 12 hours of personalised 1-to-1 mentoring sessions and an overseas immersion trip for you to explore global opportunities. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations to broaden your horizons, learn from the experience of industry experts, and expand your business network during networking sessions and fireside chats.
