Visit by Monash University, Australia to Office of Safety and Health, Nanyang Technological University
On March 21, 2024 (Thursday), Monash University Australia visited the Office of Health and Safety (OHS) at Nanyang Technological University to gain insights into comprehensive Safety and Health Management practices. During the visit, a campus tour to showcase our iconic architectural buildings and lush greenery that envelops NTU campus captivated our visitors on our emphasis on sustainable design principles being integrated into our buildings and outdoor spaces.

The Monash University delegation also toured the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Laboratories at NTU. The visit centered around showcasing the state-of- the-art laboratories and facilities in CEE and provided the visitors a deeper understanding of OHS Safety and Health implementations and collaborations with the schools, departments and research entities in the University. Throughout the visit, safety and health practices emerged as a focal point of discussion and underscored our shared commitment to fostering a culture of safety within our academic communities.
The visit by Monash University delegation to Nanyang Technological University on March 21, 2024 serves as a platform between the two institutions for new opportunities of partnership and collaboration of ideas and insights to ensure the highest standards of Safety and Health in academic environments.
