Clinic on Campus
Raffles Medical Group is NTU’s appointed campus healthcare provider.
General Practice (GP), Psychiatry, Vaccinations, Pre-enrolment / Pre-employment medical check-ups, and Statutory Medical Examinations are available at the NTU Campus Clinic.
With effect from 1 July 2026, Raffles Clinic at NTU has been appointed as Healthier SG clinic. For more information on booking of government sponsored health screening at the clinic, refer to Healthier SG enrolment with NTU Campus Clinic.

*All full-time employees (Faculty, Research, Management and Support Officers (MSO) employees) are eligible for the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen@NTU). This is not applicable to adjunct, part-time lecturer, temporary/casual employees. In addition, visiting employees (i.e. Visiting Professors and/or Visiting Researchers) are covered differently under the Flexible Benefits programme.
1. All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Student Health Service Fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme.
2. This Fee is collected through the student bill.

1. Who will be the new clinic operator on campus?
With effect from 1 January 2026, Raffles Medical Group will provide on-campus clinical services.
All medical records from Fullerton Health will be automatically transferred to Raffles Medical Group. No action is needed from you.
Students: Submit your claim through the AIA eBenefits app or web portal.
Employees: Submit your claim through the Aon Care+ app or web portal, accessible via FlexBen@NTU.
