WHAT'S CHANGING FOR YOU
Students: New insurer (AIA) from 1 Jan 2026. Your co-payment stays the same: $3 per visit.
Staff: No change (SingLife continues). Your co-payment from 1 Jul 2026: $10 per visit.

Clinic on Campus

Raffles Medical Group is NTU’s appointed campus healthcare provider.

General Practice (GP), Psychiatry, Vaccinations, Pre-enrolment / Pre-employment medical check-ups, and Statutory Medical Examinations are available at the NTU Campus Clinic.

With effect from 1 July 2026, Raffles Clinic at NTU has been appointed as Healthier SG clinic. For more information on booking of government sponsored health screening at the clinic, refer to Healthier SG enrolment with NTU Campus Clinic.

Effective 1 January 2026

Students

  • AIA will be the primary healthcare insurance provider for students. Students are advised to plan their healthcare appointments and insurance matters accordingly.

  • All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Health Service fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme. This fee is included in the student bill.  

  • The scheme will cover visits to clinics managed under the ​AIA panel.

  • Raffles Medical clinics outside NTU are NOT covered by AIA insurance. Only the Raffles Medical clinic on NTU campus is covered by insurance. If you visit other Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore, your medical fees will not be reimbursed.

  • Please use the AIA+ plus app for details of the insurance scheme and the list of eligible clinics. You should login with your NTU email address.
Employees
  • Singlife will be the primary healthcare insurance provider for employees. Employees should continue using the Aon Care+ app to verify your employee healthcare benefits. Present your Aon Care e-card at the on-campus NTU Clinic and all other GP clinics under Aon Care panel.

*Please note that Raffles Medical airport transit clinics, as well as corporate clinics (e.g. SIA, SATS, GE, and HSBC), are not included in the panel.

 

    *All full-time employees (Faculty, Research, Management and Support Officers (MSO) employees) are eligible for the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen@NTU). This is not applicable to adjunct, part-time lecturer, temporary/casual employees. In addition, visiting employees (i.e. Visiting Professors and/or Visiting Researchers)  are covered differently under the Flexible Benefits programme.

    1. All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Student Health Service Fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme.

    2. This Fee is collected through the student bill.

      Telemedicine
      • Teleconsultation via WhiteCoat app (accessible via the AIA+ app) is covered under the AlA policy.
      • Cover up to 2 times per policy year
      • Pay S$3 co-payment
      • Medication will be delivered to you with no additional cost
       Please note that Teleconsultations with other providers is not covered by AlA and it will be at your own cost.

      Text-based Psychologist Support
      • Text-based Psychologist Support is available and covered under the AlA policy.
      • Unlimited usage
      • No cost


      For Employees

      • Reimbursement: Cashless transaction, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year. If your transaction exceeds the maximum claim entitlement, the clinic will prompt you to make payment.
      		1. All other GP clinics under Aon Care panel (including the 39 Raffles Medical GP Clinics*)
      • Consultation & Standard Medication: S$10 co-payment.
      • Reimbursement: Cashless transaction, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year. If your transaction exceeds the maximum claim entitlement, the clinic will prompt you to make payment.

        Telemedicine

          1. Raffles Medical Teleconsult

          • Consultation & Medication: Charged separately
          • Co-payment: $10
          • Delivery Fee: Free delivery between 8am – 10pm, $9 before GST between 10pm – 7:59am
          • Reimbursement: Pay for Teleconsult and submit claims via Aon Care+ app or web portal (via FlexBen@NTU).Reimbursement capped at $40 per visit, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year.


          2. Fullerton Healthcare Telemedicine (Aon Care) - FlexBen@NTU

          • Consultation & Standard Medication: S$10 co-payment.
          • Delivery: Waived.
          • Reimbursement: Cashless transaction, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year. If your transaction exceeds the maximum claim entitlement, the Aon Care app will prompt you to make payment.

              We are dedicated to providing sensitive and confidential health care services through our clinics and we encourage all staff and students to consult our clinics’ doctors and health-care professionals for any health-related issues.

              1. Who will be the new clinic operator on campus?
              With effect from 1 January 2026, Raffles Medical Group will provide on-campus clinical services.

              2. What happens to my medical records?
              All medical records from Fullerton Health will be automatically transferred to Raffles Medical Group. No action is needed from you.

               

              3. How do I submit insurance claims?
              Students: Submit your claim through the AIA eBenefits app or web portal.
              Employees: Submit your claim through the Aon Care+ app or web portal, accessible via FlexBen@NTU.

              4. Who do I contact about insurance questions?
