The medical centre on campus is operated by Fullerton Healthcare Group.

There are some private clinics that are located in the vicinity of the campus.

• All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Student Health Service Fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme.
• This Fee is collected through the student bill.
• The Scheme covers visits to clinics managed by the ​Fullerton Healthcare Group.

• NTU staffs are eligible for the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen@NTU)

Fullerton Health @ NTU has updated its booking platform to allow for:

1. Advance appointment bookings for GP consultation
2. Same-day appointment bookings for GP consultation
3. Same-day online queue for walk-in GP consultations – Users will be prompted to go to the clinic for registration, just before your GP consultation.

Note:
The private dental clinic located within the medical center is contactable at 6790-8331. However, as dental treatment is excluded under the Medical Scheme, the full private fees are chargeable for the dental services.
