The Kitchen
Learning @ CresPion refers to both physical and educational spaces in the Crescent and Pioneer (CresPion) Hall of residents at Nanyang Technological University, in harmony with the new concept and philosophy in NTU residential education. Since 2014, four learning spaces (Garage, Studio, Kitchen, and Giveback) have been developed to facilitate students’ holistic development by offering opportunities for an integration of hands-on concrete experiences and conceptual reflective thinking.
The Kitchen provides a platform for residents to learn the fundamentals of cooking and baking. Workshops includes 'Molecular Gastronomy', 'Home Brewing', and 'Cake in a Jar', catering to students from all walks of life.
