Special requirement:
Ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for vehicular design and innovation, experience with CAD software and fabrication techniques, and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. They should also be committed to learning and applying interdisciplinary skills, including mechanics, electronics, aerodynamics, and project management. Additionally, candidates who can contribute to creating content for social media, developing sponsorship proposals, organizing events, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders are encouraged to participate. Their skills in storytelling, media outreach, and branding are crucial for building the team's public image and securing support. Above all, a high degree of perseverance is essential.
