MAE student - Tian Yujia awarded the Best Presentation Award (second place) at the 17th U.S. National Congress on Computational Mechanics (USNCCM17)
Congratulations to Tian Yujia from the School of MAE for her exceptional achievement at the 17th U.S. National Congress on Computational Mechanics (USNCCM17)!
She was awarded the Best Presentation Award (second place) in the graduate student category - a commendable recognition presented by Elsevier and the International Association for Computational Mechanics Female Research Chapter to honor the contributions of female researchers.
Her distinction stands out as she was the only awardee outside the U.S. at this U.S. congress. Her achievements were celebrated at both the Women's Networking Event and Conference Banquet. This follows her prior recognition where she was the recipient of the Travel Award from the congress.
I'm immensely proud of Yujia's accomplishment as she continues to break barriers and make her mark in the field of Computational Mechanics.
