Mentorship
The Academy of Clinician Scientists and Innovators (ACSI) Mentorship Framework is designed to formally recognise the contributions of research and innovation mentors, facilitate the process of connecting talents with suitable mentors, and support the development of our Clinician Scientists (CSs) and Clinician Innovators (CIs).
Mentors play a pivotal role in nurturing our talents by sharing their expertise, offering valuable insights to our talents’ research or innovation journey, and helping them expand their professional networks. Their guidance will nurture our talents to become independent researchers or innovators, while also grooming them to become future mentors themselves, ensuring a continuous cycle of mentorship and development.
