Dean's Award for Service

To recognise all faculty (full-time and joint) for their service leadership.

Eligibility: All LKCMedicine faculty (full-time and joint) who are in service as at the date of the Award Presentation Ceremony.  All faculty are automatically eligible. No nomination is required. An evaluation panel comprising five members will evaluate all faculty based on the following key criteria:

Dedication (60%) – Cooperates, takes on responsibilities, and participates in a majority of the service opportunities by LKCMedicine, displaying a continuous commitment towards service and LKCMedicine’s mission.

Leadership (40%) – Sets an example and acts as a strong role model to others in LKCMedicine, bringing innovative ideas and showing commitment through setting goals and actively works toward them.
