Assistant Dean, Admissions and Overseas Electives

Associate Professor See, MBBS, MMed (Anaes), FAMS, obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1995 and completed his training in Anaesthesiology in 2001. He did his fellowship training in Neuroanaesthesia at the Toronto Western Hospital, University of Toronto from 2004-2005.

He is currently a Senior Consultant in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine at the Tan Tock Seng Hospital and sits in the hospital’s Credentials and Accreditation Committee. He was awarded the TTSH Staff Excellence Award (Gold) in 2023.

He is the currently the Assistant Dean, Admissions & Overseas Electives and the Principal Lead (Anaesthesia). As the Assistant Dean, Admissions & Overseas Electives, he is responsible for overseeing the undergraduate medicine admissions policy and for overseeing a strategy for attracting appropriate applicants.

As the Principal Lead (Anaesthesia), he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of anaesthesia teaching for the LKCMedicine students. He also participates in post-graduate training and examinations and is a member of the Master of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) Exams Committee, a member of the Residency Advisory Committee for Anaesthesiology (RAC) and serves as an external faculty for the Neuroanaesthesia and Critical Care Program at the University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia.
