Calling Early Career Female Scientists to join us at GLOW 2024, the GLObal Conference for Women Leaders and Emerging Researchers in Materials Science, an inaugural conference hosted by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore from 9 to 11 July 2024 as we celebrate the achievements of women in materials science and chart a course for further empowerment. Dedicated to exploring the opportunities for women in Science & Engineering, NTU Singapore proudly hosts the first of many annual events. This unique conference aims to shine a spotlight on the remarkable contributions of women leaders while providing a platform for emerging researchers to showcase their talents and form meaningful connections within the field.

To attract more female scientists in early career (from final year of PhD candidature up to 8 years after PhD) in academia, GLOW will provide financial support to the selected candidates for this conference. Each recipient will get some financial support to cover the travel expenses and 4-night accommodation will be fully covered by GLOW.
