Awardees of the MOE AcRF Tier 2 Grant (August 2023 Call)

Professor Alex Yan Qingyu: “Exploiting the Anisotropic Transport of Layered Sb₂Si₂Te₆ for Advanced Thermoelectric Applications”

 

Professor Jason Xu Zhichuan: "Magnetic Oxide Heterostructures for Oxygen Electrocatalysis"

 

Professor Joachim Loo Say Chye: “Unravelling the Role of Native Probiotics Mixture in Conferring Disease Resistance across Fish Species in Aquaculture”

 

Associate Professor Lydia Helena Wong: “Novel Polymeric Composite Resin for 3D Printed Multifunctional Optical Waveguides”

The MOE Academic Research Fund (AcRF) Tier 2 grant supports research projects in Singapore-based universities which have academic significance and demonstrate good potential for creating new knowledge. The breakthroughs from these projects must in turn benefit the larger academic community. The research outcomes should also drive future studies and potentially lead to innovation and discoveries.
