About the Award

The SNIC-AsCA2019 Distinguished Woman Chemist Award was established to recognise the work of women chemists, who have contributed significantly to chemical research or development in either academia, government agencies or industry. The award consists of S$2,000, a certificate and a medal. This prestigious award is presented once to a researcher in her lifetime and will not be considered again.

SNIC-AsCA2019 Singapore Award for Solid-State Chemistry & Materials

About the Award

The SNIC-AsCA2019 Singapore Award for Solid-State Chemistry & Materials was established to recognise and encourage fundamental research in the field of solid-state chemistry of crystalline materials in Singapore. The award consists of S$2,000, a certificate, and a medal. The award will be presented at the Singapore International Chemical Conference (SICC) annually. This prestigious award is presented once to a researcher in his/her lifetime and will not be considered again.

About SNIC-AsCA2019 Award

The SNIC-AsCA2019 awards were established by Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC), jointly funded by the local organising committee chair of the 16^th Conference of the Asian Crystallographic Association held at the National University of Singapore (17-20 December 2019) and SNIC. The awards will be presented at the Singapore International Chemical Conference (SICC) annual meeting.
