Winner of 2019 MRS Graduate Student Award

We are pleased to announce that Mr John Rohit Abraham, PhD student of Assoc Prof Nripan Mathews, has been awarded the MRS Graduate Student Award – Silver at the recent 2019 MRS Spring Meeting.

We are pleased to announce that Mr John Rohit Abraham, PhD student of Assoc Prof Nripan Mathews, has been awarded the MRS Graduate Student Award – Silver at the recent 2019 MRS Spring Meeting. His research topic, entitled “Ionotronic Halide Perovskite Drift-Diffusive Synapses for Low-Power Neuromorphic Computation” was presented at the Graduate Student Award Finalists’ Special Talk Session.
