Professor Yu Wenxuan

Wenxuan Yu is currently a Minjiang Professor of School of Public Affairs at Xiamen University, China. He obtained his doctoral degree in public administration from Rutgers University-Newark, U.S.A. Before joining Xiamen University, he taught at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore for more than a decade. His research interests include smart governance, performance management and comparative public administration. He has published more than fifty articles on international academic journals. He was the former chair of the section on Chinese public administration of American Society for Public Administration. He is also the associate editor of the section’s official journal, Chinese Public Administration Review. 

于文轩博士是厦门大学公共事务学院与公共政策研究院的闽江特聘教授，厦门大学新加坡研究中心特聘研究员。他是美国罗格斯大学公共管理学博士。他的研究兴趣包括智慧治理、政府透明度、绩效管理和比较公共管理。除了在中英文专业学术期刊上发表了大量学术论文以外，他还积极参与公共事务，在新加坡联合早报、新华网、澎湃新闻、界面新闻和香港明报发表时政评论文章。他是美国行政管理学会中国分会前主席，分会官方期刊Chinese Public Administration Review的副主编。
