Conference fees

This will be an in-person only conference. All first/main authors have to be registered by 7 July 2025 (2359 UTC) to be included in the programme. For special sessions, the chair and first/main author of each talk have to be registered.

If you register with the student rate, you will need to upload a copy of your student card in the registration form.

Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches , as well as the welcome reception on the first day.

Conference dinner

The cost of the dinner is not included in the registration fee. Details of the dinner will be announced at a later date.
