'Raja Rojak' buka selera baca kanak-kanak

Berita Harian featured a children's book titled "Raja Rojak", which was authored by two Malay primary school teachers, Nur Shabrina Mohd Afendi and Nur Shaliza Zulkifli, during a National Institute of Education (NIE) programme in 2016. The book attracted children’s interest with illustrations of cute characters that incorporated elements of the rojak dish. Shaliza and Shabrina shared that they were inspired to create the book as there was a lack of Malay language children's books with a Singaporean context, and the book’s vocabulary was designed to be suitable for children. The book, which was published in 2021 by Pustaka Nasional, had garnered positive feedback from teachers, and would be published as an e-book.
