Appointment of Prof Chen Huey-Tsyh as Visiting Scholar

Prof Chen Huey-Tsyh is a Professor of Public Health and Director of the Center for Evaluation and Applied Research in the College of Health Professions at Mercer University in the United States. Prof Chen is expected to contribute significantly to the state of evaluation in NIE and school contexts through seminars and consultative meetings. He has an upcoming seminar on the 9th of March that will shed light on alternative evaluation perspectives.
