Professor José G. Clavel is PCL AG's Visiting Scholar

Professor José García Clavel is a Professor (Profesor Titular de Universidad) at the Department of Quantitative Methods for Economics and Business at the University of Murcia, Spain. He has been visiting professor at The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (Toronto, Canada), The Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain), and the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (Mumbai, India).

His research is mainly oriented in the application of multivariate techniques to the analysis of categorical data in fields that range from the International Accounting Standardisation to the Economy of Education. His research interests include Dual Scaling and related methods, Economics of Education, and Time Series Analysis.

He has recently published a book on Modern Quantification Theory.
