DawnHeleos II-Optilab T-rEX - SEC-MALS
The HPLC system with UV and fluorescence detector uses size exclusion chromatography (SEC) to separate samples based on their retention volume. The eluted peaks can be analyzed with DawnHeleos-II Multi-Angle Light Scattering (MALS) detector and Optilab T-rEX refractive index (RI) detector.

SEC-MALS, size exclusion chromatography used in conjunction with Multi-Angle Light Scattering (MALS) analysis, is a technique allows accurate measurement of sample's molecular weight and hydrodynamic radius/radius of gyration in solution. Our system allows characterization of polymers (heterogenic and synthetic), protein oligomers and aggregates, and conjugates.
