Safety Training
No experiments / work may be conducted within NISB facilities until safety courses have been completed
All users (working within laboratories and workplace in NISB) have to complete online safety training to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and competency to handle workplace hazards in a safe manner.
How to complete safety courses
- Users with “STAFF” account domain shall access the online training through Workday Learning.
- Users with "STUDENT" account domain shall access the online training through NTULearn.
- Users external to NTU should contact your group safety representative or NISB staff to register an account on NTULearn.
What courses are required?
All laboratory users have to complete mandatory safety courses, with additional courses based on their roles and experimental needs.

After completing safety courses
Transcript of completed safety courses should be submitted to NISB safety officer (or group safety representative if Principal Investigator is a NISB tenant). Click here to see how to generate transcript.
