Tuition Fees for AY25 Intake

Application Fee^: SGD 50
Tuition Fee^: SGD 61,040

^Fees indicated are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Tuition fees do not include expenses related to health screening, insurance, accommodation, and other student-related expenses.

 

Rebate and Discount

  1. Singapore Citizen Rebate
    Singapore Citizens will get tuition fee rebate of SGD 5,000.
  2. Singapore Permanent Resident Rebate
    Singapore Permanent Residents will get tuition fee rebate of SGD 5,000.
  3. NTU Alumni discount
    All NTU alumni will receive an additional 10% fee rebate.

Note: Students with outstanding fees will be barred from viewing examination results in the current trimester and from registering subjects in the following trimester. A late fee of SGD 25 will also be imposed.


     

Funding and Grant

1. Study Grants Open to Singapore Citizens

1a) Chua Thian Poh (CTP) Scholarship
Applicable for full-time MSc TIP
Application Period: 4th November to 31st January

1b) MSc TIP Entrepreneurship Study Award 
Applicable for full-time MSc TIP (up to SGD 30,000)
Application Period: 4th November to 31st January

1c) MSc TIP Lifelong Learning Grant
Applicable for all Singapore Citizens (up to SGD 10,000)
No application required. Applicants who are successfully admitted into MSc TIP will be considered.


2. Study Grants Open to Non-Singapore Citizens

1a) MSc TIP Entrepreneurship Study Award
Applicable for full-time MSc TIP (up to SGD 30,000)
Application Period: 4th November to 31st January

1b) MSc TIP ASEAN Innovation Study Grant
Applicable for full-time MSc TIP English - 166E only (up to SGD 15,000)
Application Deadline: 4th November to 31st January

3. NTUpreneur - MSc TIP Merit Award (Up to SGD 5,000)

After admission, students who are enrolled into the MSc TIP will be considered for merit award based on performance and achievements in the programme.


Note: A limited number of Study Grants are available, and selection is competitive and based on merit.

Financial Aid

Applicable for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident may apply additional financial aid of up to SGD 5,000 on top of the Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident rebate.
 
Eligibility:
Monthly PCI is less than SGD 2,500 or Gross Household Income less than SGD 10,000.
 
How to apply:
Applicants may apply for the additional grant at the acceptance portal when indicating their interest in accepting the offer from the University.
 
An email from the University will be sent to the applicant to request details of PCI or Gross household income for assessment.

     

Modes of Payment for Application Fees

Application fee is SGD 50 (inclusive of GST).
*Cash will not be accepted as the University moves towards cashless payment.
