E-Certificates
What certificate will be awarded upon course completion?
A Specialist Certificate will be awarded to participants who achieve an average CGPA of 2.0 or higher and pass all the courses within the Specialist Certificate. Maximum candidature for earning a Specialist Certificate is 3 years from the first enrolled Specialist Certificate course under that certificate.
Participants will receive an e-Certificate upon course completion.- A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of each course.
- A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded if participant (i) is absent from the examination with or without MC or (ii) sit the examination but failed.
Graduate Certificates
Participants who completed all courses within the relevant Graduate Certificate and achieve a minimum GPA 2.5 and above for each course will be awarded a Graduate Certificate. Maximum candidature for earning a Graduate Certificate is 5 years from the first enrolled Graduate Certificate course under that certificate.
Participants will receive an e-Certificate upon course completion.- A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of each course.

How do I obtain the credits (Academic Unit System)?
The University’s academic structure for its undergraduate programmes is based on the Academic Unit (AU) System. Under the Academic Unit System, each course is assigned a certain number of AU.
The AU is a measure of the participant's workload associated with both class attendance and preparation.
A participant earns the credits of the course after he/she has passed all the assignments, including the final exam.
Can I apply for short leave of absence or medical leave?

Funding & Claims
What are the various funding schemes available?
- 70% - 90% SkillsFuture funding on selected courses.
Singapore Citizens and PRs must attain at least 75% training attendance and passed all associated assessments in order to be eligible to enjoy up to 90% of the course fee. Learners will have to bear the full courses fee upon failure to meet either one of the requirements. - Selected courses are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit unless otherwise stated.
- NTU Alumni Course Credits (applicable to all NTU/NIE alumni)
