E-Certificates

What certificate will be awarded upon course completion?

Specialist Certificates

A Specialist Certificate will be awarded to participants who achieve an average CGPA of 2.0 or higher and pass all the courses within the Specialist Certificate. Maximum candidature for earning a Specialist Certificate is 3 years from the first enrolled Specialist Certificate course under that certificate. 

Participants will receive an e-Certificate upon course completion.
- A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of each course.
- A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded if participant (i) is absent from the examination with or without MC or (ii) sit the examination but failed.

 

Graduate Certificates

Participants who completed all courses within the relevant Graduate Certificate and achieve a minimum GPA 2.5 and above for each course will be awarded a Graduate Certificate. Maximum candidature for earning a Graduate Certificate is 5 years from the first enrolled Graduate Certificate course under that certificate.

Participants will receive an e-Certificate upon course completion.
- A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of each course.
- A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded if participant (i) is absent from the examination with or without MC or (ii) sit the examination but failed.

Admission

When is the registration period?

Each course has different registration period. Please visit the course page for more information and registration closing date. Should you have further enquiries, please submit it to us here.

Will I receive an acknowledgement of my online registration?

Yes, you should receive the course application acknowledgement email upon successful registration. If you do not receive any acknowledgement from us, please submit your request here and we will get in touch with you within 5 working days.

Enrolment Confirmation

When do I receive an email notification/confirmation of the status of my registration?

You will receive the Letter of Offer via email 2 weeks after the registration closes. We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. Shortlisted applicants will proceed to acceptance and payment to complete the registration.

Once my enrolment is confirmed, when will I receive notification of the course details?

After acceptance of offer, you will receive the course confirmation email 2 weeks before the course start date. Information provided will include details such as course date, time and venue. However, if you do not receive our course confirmation before course commencement, please submit your request here under Course Application Status. We will get in touch with you within 5 working days. 

Can I withdraw or cancel my registration after enrolment is confirmed?

After acceptance of the course offered by NTU, the applicant is committed to the course. No refund will be considered.

What if the enrolled course is cancelled?

NTU PACE reserves the right to cancel a course. Course fee paid to NTU PACE will receive a full refund.

Payment Details

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made online using Credit/Debit Card (VISA and Mastercard only). Cash/Cheque/Nets payment can be made at One Stop@SAC (NTU Main Campus).

Academic Matters

When and where will the class be conducted?

Classes are held at online and/or NTU main campus and selected classes at NTU@one-north campus. Depending on the course schedule, classes may be offered during the day or evening.

How do I obtain the credits (Academic Unit System)?

The University’s academic structure for its undergraduate programmes is based on the Academic Unit (AU) System. Under the Academic Unit System, each course is assigned a certain number of AU.

The AU is a measure of the participant's workload associated with both class attendance and preparation.

A participant earns the credits of the course after he/she has passed all the assignments, including the final exam.

Can I apply for short leave of absence or medical leave?

Yes, participants must apply for leave if they cannot attend classes on days when there are laboratory sessions, quizzes or tests that are conducted during classes.

As a participant, am I able to access NTU Library facilities?

You may use your NRIC/Employment/S Pass identification card to approach service desks at all subject libraries to borrow books and use the library facilities during the course duration.

Is exam compulsory for all?

Yes, participants are required to submit all the course assignments and sit for the final exams in order to enjoy the subsidies.

Funding & Claims

What are the various funding schemes available?

  • 70% - 90% SkillsFuture funding on selected courses.
    Singapore Citizens and PRs must attain at least 75% training attendance and passed all associated assessments in order to be eligible to enjoy up to 90% of the course fee. Learners will have to bear the full courses fee upon failure to meet either one of the requirements. 
  • Selected courses are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit unless otherwise stated.
  • NTU Alumni Course Credits  (applicable to all NTU/NIE alumni)​
